Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch Cuff Lock

The Cuff Lock is used with a padlock (not included) to secure the fifth wheel while trailers are parked or in for service; used with gooseneck trailers and kingpin lock on gooseneck trailer mobile homes. The two piece design hinges open so it can easily be placed around the kingpin, closed, and secured.
